Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for content you submit. You retain your rights in your own content. You grant RecipeLab the limited permission needed to process and store that content to provide the features you request.
Imported recipes
Recipe names, publications, trademarks, and third-party source material remain the property of their owners. You are responsible for having permission to import and use material. RecipeLab keeps source attribution separate from your edits and adaptations.
AI drafts
Extraction, adaptation, substitutions, nutrition interpretation, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. AI output remains a draft until you approve it. Verify quantities, timing, temperatures, labels, allergens, substitutions, and equipment instructions.
Food and medical safety
RecipeLab is not medical, nutrition, or food-safety advice and does not guarantee that a recipe is allergen-free. Consult qualified professionals when appropriate and verify cross-contact risks and product labels yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, interfere with other users, or reverse engineer protected backend systems except where law expressly permits it.
Availability and liability
RecipeLab is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kasota Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and changes
You may stop using RecipeLab and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, or legal reasons. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
